APRICOT WHEAT BREAD RECIPE
This recipe

Apricot Wheat Bread is a delicious bread that I am sure the
whole family will enjoy. The flavours of apricot, cinnamon,
nutmeg and walnuts in the bread recipe makes the taste

Wheat Bread Ingredients
3 cups whole wheat flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 cup diced dried apricots
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 1/4 cups milk
1 cup honey
1 cup walnut pieces
1 egg slightly beaten
2 Tbs salad oil

Wheat Bread Method
Stir together in a bowl the
flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. Then mix
together the milk, honey, egg and oil and then pour over the
dry ingredients. Stir just enough to dampen flour. Stir
through the mixture the apricots and walnuts. Grease a 9 x 3
inch loaf pan and pour the mixture into it. Bake the Apricot
Wheat Bread in a 350 degree oven for 60 minutes or when you
insert a tooth pick and it comes out clean its cooked. Take
the bread from the oven and let it stand in the pan for 10
minutes before removing it. Store overnight before slicing
it. Serve sliced with butter on it.
