ARTICHOKE DIP RECIPE
The following appetizer is
sure to be a crowd pleaser. I have never taken it anywhere
without being asked for the recipe. The Artichoke Dip is
great to have on a winter night with a glass of wine before
the main course. I often take the Artichoke Dip to friends
place when I have been invited for dinner. And the Artichoke
Dip is a real hit at a barbecue.
Artichoke Dip Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese
12 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 finely chopped onion
1 cup mayonnaise
2 bags pita bread
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
2 small jars marinated artichoke hearts drained well
Artichoke Dip Method
Cut up
the pita bread into bite size triangles and separate. Put
them on a cookie sheet and bake until crispy. Tear
artichokes apart with your fingers and combine them with all
the other ingredients and mash, then put it into a casserole
dish . Bake the Artichoke Dip in an uncovered casserole dish
for approx 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until bubbly. Serve
Artichoke Dip hot out of the oven with pita bread.
