AVOCADO SOUP RECIPE
This recipe

Avocado Soup is absolutely sensational. The flavours of the
avocado, Chicken broth, cream and cognac makes this soup
recipe so tasty. Just try this soup recipe as it is really

Soup Ingredients
3 ripe avocados
30 mls lemon juice
30 mls cognac
350 mls chicken broth
200 mls whipping cream
curry, salt and black pepper

Soup Method
First
thing to do is to cut the avocados into halves and remove
the large seeds. Pour lemon juice over one of the halves to
stop it from going dark then scoop out the meat from 5
halves and then put the avocado meat, chicken broth and
150mls of the whipping cream into a food processor and then
puree until the soup is very smooth. After that is done add
the cognac, curry, salt and pepper as desired. Whip the
remaining 50 mls of the whipping cream and remove the skin
from the remaining half of the avocado and slice thinly.
When you serve the Avocado Soup add slices of the avocado
and a dollop of whipped cream on top.
