BACON AND TOMATO CUPS RECIPE

This recipe will teach you how to make Bacon And Tomato Cups. It is a quick and easy recipe to make. Bacon And Tomato Cups are one of the best appetizer recipes I have ever tasted. The flavour of bacon, tomato, onion, cheese, basil and mayonnaise makes this recipe an absolutely tasty appetizer. Great to make when you are having friends over.

Bacon And Tomato Cups Ingredients

8 slices bacon
1 tsp dried basil
1 chopped tomato
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 oz shredded swiss cheese
16 oz can refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough

Bacon And Tomato Cups Method

First thing to do is to preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Take a mini muffin pan and lightly grease it with cooking spray. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until brown and then drain it on paper towels. In a medium mixing bowl crumble the bacon and mix in the tomato, onion, swiss cheese, mayonnaise and basil. Separate the biscuits into halves horizontally and put each half into the cups of the mini muffin pans and fill each biscuit half with the bacon mixture. Bake the Bacon And Tomato Cups in the preheated oven for 12 minutes or until golden. Arrange on a serving platter and your family and friends will really enjoy them.
