BAKED STUFFED FISH RECIPE

Baked Stuffed Fish Recipe, Baked Stuffed Fish, How to make Baked Stuffed Fish

My husband and I try to get away fishing at least twice a year and the Baked Stuffed Fish is one of our recipes we use every year. After a day out fishing there is nothing nicer than sitting down with a meal of fish we have caught ourselves and the Baked Stuffed Fish can be baking while we enjoy a good cup of tea. Now doesn't that sound good? why don't you head off fishing now.

Baked Stuffed Fish Ingredients

White fish fillets
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 oz imitation crabmeat
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups soft bread cubes
1 small onion chopped fine
1 green pepper blanched and chopped

Baked Stuffed Fish Method

Take a large bowl and put the lemon juice, mayonnaise, crabmeat, salt and pepper, bread cubes, onion and green pepper in it and mix these ingredients together really well. Next is to take the fish fillets and put some of the mixture into them and roll them up and secure them with a toothpick. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and place your fish in it and bake it for 30 minutes. The Baked Stuffed Fish is great served with salad and chips or if you prefer steamed vegetables.

Enjoy your freshly made Baked Stuffed Fish!
