BANANA CUSTARD PUDDING RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Banana Custard Pudding. It is a
quick and easy recipe to make.
This recipe for Banana Custard Pudding is so easy to make
that my ten year old grandson makes it, I'm sure he is going
to be a chef one day. I have to have recipes that make a lot
as I have a big family and they all come home for Sunday
lunch, that is why the Banana Custard Pudding is good for me
to make. Serve the Banana Custard Pudding with a scoop of
vanilla ice cream, unless you are like me as I like vanilla
yoghurt.

Custard Pudding Method
The very
first thing to do is to combine in a medium mixing bowl the
sugar, flour and cornstarch and mix them well and set aside.
Into a large saucepan pour the milk and cook over medium
heat until candy thermometer registers 160 degrees. Now
gradually stir one fourth of hot milk into beaten egg yolks
and stir into the reserved dry ingredients and then add to
remaining hot milk. Cook stirring constantly until mixture
thickens and coats the spoon. Remove from heat and stir in
butter and vanilla. Let cool to room temperature. Take a 13
x 9 x 2 inch baking dish and line the bottom with one third
of the vanilla wafers. Arrange half of banana slices over
wafers and top with half of cooled custard. Repeat layers
reserving one third of wafers to crumble and sprinkle over
custard. Chill Banana Custard Pudding thoroughly. Serve with
ice cream.
Enjoy your freshly made
Banana Custard Pudding!
