BEAN CURD WITH OYSTER SAUCE RECIPE
This recipe will teach you how to make Bean Curd With Oyster
Sauce. It is a quick and easy recipe to make.
Most people don't know what to do with bean curd so I
decided to add a very easy but tasty recipe on how to use
bean curd. Your friends will love Bean Curd With Oyster
Sauce I'm sure, and they won't even realise it is bean curd
unless you tell them. My children would not eat bean curd
till I cooked the Bean Curd With Oyster Sauce and now we
have it quite often.

Curd With Oyster Sauce Ingredients
1 red pepper
1/2 cup water
8 oz bean curd
6 green onions
3 stalks celery
1 Tbs cornstarch
4 Tbs dry sherry
4 tsp soy sauce
2 Tbs oyster sauce
2 Tbs vegetable oil
4 oz fresh mushrooms

Curd With Oyster Sauce Method
First thing to do is to cut the bean curd into 1/2 inch
cubes and clean mushrooms and cut into slices then cut
onions into 1 inch pieces and cut the celery into 1/2 inch
diagonal slices. Remove seeds from pepper and cut pepper
into 1/2 inch chunks. In your wok heat 1 tablespoon of the
oil over high heat. Cook bean curd in the oil stirring
gently until light brown then remove it from the wok. Heat
remaining 1 tablespoon oil in wok over high heat. Add
mushrooms, onions, celery and pepper and stir fry for 1
minute. Return bean curd to wok and toss lightly to combine.
Blend water, cornstarch, oyster sauce, sherry and soy sauce.
Pour over mixture in wok. Cook and stir the Bean Curd With
Oyster Sauce until liquid boils. Cook and stir for 1 minute
longer. I really enjoy the Bean Curd With Oyster Sauce over
noodles.
