BEEF WITH NOODLES RECIPE
Beef With Noodles is a quick
and easy asian style recipe to make as a special meal or
just for a quick meal on a sunday night to have in front of
the television with the family. The flavours of the beef,
noodles, chicken stock, soy sauce, shallots and ginger gives
this meal a sensational taste.

With Noodles Ingredients
salt
3 Tbs oil
8 shallots
1/2 cup water
3 Tbs oil extra
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp soy sauce
500g rump steak
2 chicken stock cubes
2.5cm piece green ginger
250g chinese egg noodles
Beef
With Noodles Method
In a
large pot of boiling salted water add the noodles and boil
uncovered for 5 minutes or until noodles are tender then
drain and rinse them under cold running water and drain
well. Spread noodles out on a clean tea towel on a wire rack
and allow to dry for 3 hours. Heat the oil in a wok and add
noodles then toss well in oil for 3 minutes. Add combined
water, crumbled stock cubes, salt and soy sauce and toss
over high heat for 2 minutes. Put onto a serving plate and
keep warm.
Remove all fat from beef and cut into 5cm slices. Heat the
extra oil in the wok until very hot and add the beef all at
once with the sliced shallots, crushed garlic and peeled and
thinly sliced ginger. Toss over high heat for 3 minutes or
until well browned and cooked through and then spoon over
the noodles. I'm sure all your family will enjoy the Beef
