BEEF WITH SOY SAUCE AND GINGER RECIPE
The only thing I can say

With Soy Sauce And Ginger Ingredients
olive oil
1 lime, juiced
2 pack bok choy
8 Tbs soy sauce
2 x 8 oz sirloin steaks
1/2 garlic clove finely grated
1 chili deseeded and finely chopped
1 thumb sized piece of ginger peeled
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

In a very hot frying pan cook
your seasoned pieces of sirloin steak to your liking. After
they have cooked place them on a plate and allow to rest but
keep them warm. Now cook your greens in salted boiling water
until tender. While hot douse with a good couple of
tablespoons of soy sauce, sprinkle with the garlic, ginger,
chili, lime juice and olive oil. When the greens are cooked
simply divide onto two plates and thinly slice up the
sirloin steaks and place on top of the greens and drizzle
the Beef With Soy Sauce And Ginger with any of the infused
sauce left on the plate.
