BLACK BEAN AND SALMON RECIPE
Black Bean And Salmon is a
wonderful appetizer to have made for a few guest when they
arrive at your place for dinner. They will really enjoy the
flavour of the beans, salmon, herbs and spices which goes
into making the taste sensational. Serve warm tortilla chips
with it. I'm sure everyone will enjoy this appetizer before
dinner.

Bean And Salmon Ingredients
8 corn tortillas
2 Tbs safflower oil
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp chili pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp ground cumin
3/4 tsp garlic minced
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp lime zest grated
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes dried
1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
7 oz pink salmon with bones drained
16 oz corn black beans rinsed and drained
Black
Bean And Salmon Method
First
preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut tortillas in triangles
and put in the oven and toast until crisp about 5 minutes.
Combine the beans and salmon flaking the salmon with a fork.
Mix remaining ingredients in with the beans and salmon and
chill to blend the flavours. Serve Black Bean And Salmon
with tortilla chips.
