BRAISED PRAWNS WITH VEGETABLES RECIPE
Braised Prawns With
Vegetables is a really fantastic meal to make. The flavours
of prawns, broccoli, champignon mushrooms, bamboo shoots and
green ginger cooked with the sauce makes this meal really
sensational. Your family will really appreciate you when you

Prawns With Vegetables Ingredients
1 Tbs oil
pinch sugar
250g broccoli
1 tsp cornflour
salt and pepper
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 cup chicken stock
500g green king prawns
250g can bamboo shoots
1/2 tsp grated green ginger
470g can champignon mushrooms
Braised
Prawns With Vegetables Method
The first
thing to do is prepare the prawns so shell the prawns and
cut down the back and devein them. Drain mushrooms and
bamboo shoots and cut into thin slices and cut the broccoli
into thick pieces. Heat the oil in a wok and add the prawns
and saute quickly until tender and light pink in colour,
around 3 minutes. Add bamboo shoots, broccoli and mushrooms
to wok and toss well. Blend cornflour with the chicken
stock, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, sugar and ginger and then
bring it to the boil stirring continuously and cook 1
minute. Braised Prawns With Vegetables is great served with
boiled rice.
