BROWN SUGAR SHORTBREAD BISCUITS RECIPE
Have you ever made shortbread
with white sugar then make these Brown Sugar Shortbread
Biscuits they taste just marvelous. Brown sugar has such a
wonderful caramel taste and when you make the Brown Sugar
Shortbread Biscuits you will know what I mean.

Sugar Shortbread Biscuits Ingredients
8 oz soft butter
2 1/2 cups sifted plain flour
1/2 cup light brown sugar firmly packed

Sugar Shortbread Biscuits Method
In a
large bowl put butter and sugar and beat till light and
fluffy and then blend in the flour until smooth and well
combined. The dough will be firm. Chill for several hours.
Divide the chilled dough in half. Working one half at a time
roll to 1/3 inch thick and cut into shapes with a 1 1/2 inch
cutter. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased shallow oven trays
and bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until light golden
brown. Lift the Brown Sugar Shortbread Biscuits onto wire
cooler immediately.
