CAJUN FRIED FISH DEEP FRIED RECIPE
Cajun Fried Fish Deep Fried
is really nice, it can be a little bit hot having cayene
pepper and tabasco sauce in it. If you like the Cajun Fried
Fish Deep Fried a bit hotter just put a teaspoon of tabasco
sauce and cayene pepper in it. Just cook up some potato
wedges to go with the Cajun Fried Fish Deep Fried. Great
taste and a great feast.

Fried Fish Deep Fried Ingredients
vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup beer
2 lb fish fillets
2 Tbs salt divided
3 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
3 Tbs prepared mustard
2 tsp black pepper divided
3 cups fine yellow corn flour
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, divided

Fried Fish Deep Fried Method
In a mixing bowl whisk
together eggs, milk, beer, mustard, tabasco and half of the
salt and peppers. Cut fish fillets into bite sized pieces.
Place fish in egg mixture making sure to coat well then
cover and refrigerate and let soak for about 1 hour. Mix
corn flour with the remaining salt and peppers in a shallow
wide bowl. Preheat oil in deep fryer to about 370 degrees.
Remove fish from mixture and cover with corn flour mixture.
Fry fish until the fish pieces float to the surface and turn
golden brown taking care not to overcook. Place Cajun Fried
Fish Deep Fried on paper towels to drain. Serve with potato
wedges and sour cream.
