CARIBBEAN BANANAS RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Caribbean Bananas. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make.
Caribbean Bananas is a sensational dessert to make and I am
sure you will enjoy the compliments your friends and family
will give you when they eat it. The flavours of the bananas,
brown sugar, lemon juice, butter and rum give this dessert
recipe a fantastic taste. My grandsons love it when I flame
the rum over it.
Caribbean Bananas Ingredients
4 bananas sliced lengthways
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbs lemon juice
30g butter
2 tbs rum
Caribbean Bananas Method
This recipe is very easy. The
first thing you do is place the bananas in an ovenproof dish
and sprinkle with the sugar and lemon juice. Dot with the
butter and cook in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15
minutes. Take the bananas and arrange them in a warmed
serving dish and spoon over the cooking liquor. If you want
to make it look really good warm the rum in a ladle and
ignite and pour over the bananas. Serve the Caribbean
Bananas flaming. Serve with whipped cream.
