CHEESE AND ARTICHOKE FONDUE RECIPE

american cheese, cheddar cheese, can of artichoke hearts,
roasted red peppers, ground mustard, flour, worcestershire
sauce, and milk make this fondue taste really sensational.
Cheese
And Artichoke Fondue Ingredients
1 cup
milk
1 tsp ground mustard
1 Tbs all purpose flour
1 Tbs worcestershire sauce
11/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
11/2 cups diced processed American cheese
1/4 cup roasted red peppers drained and diced
14 oz can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
Cheese
And Artichoke Fondue Method
Mix
American cheese, milk, worcestershire sauce, flour and
mustard in a 3 quart saucepan. Cook over medium low heat
stirring occasionally until cheese is melted. Stir in
cheddar cheese until melted then stir in artichoke hearts
and bell peppers. Transfer cheese mixture to fondue pot.
Keep warm over low flame. Serve the Cheese And Artichoke
Fondue with dippers.
