CHICKEN AND PROSCIUTTO WITH CREAMY CHEESE SAUCE RECIPE

Chicken
and Prosciutto with Creamy Cheese Sauce Ingredients

1 egg yolk
4 Tbs butter
2 Tbs cream
4 slices prosciutto
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 tsp freshly cracked black
125g cream cheese softened
1 Tbs rosemary finely chopped
4 chicken breast fillets, skin off
extra rosemary sprigs to garnish
2 Tbs fresh marjoram finely chopped
2 Tbs fresh sage leaves finely chopped
Chicken
and Prosciutto with Creamy Cheese Sauce Method
Melt butter in a small
saucepan and add garlic, marjoram, sage, rosemary and black
pepper and saute briefly. Pound each chicken fillet out to 3
cm thickness and brush with herb butter. Place one piece of
prosciutto under each chicken fillet and roll up. Wrap each
chicken and prosciutto roll in aluminium foil. Place in oven
at 220 degrees for 30 minutes. Place cream and cheese in a
small saucepan and warm gently until melted to form a smooth
creamy sauce. Whisk egg yolk with 1 teaspoon of water and
slowly add to cheese sauce and whisk thoroughly to combine.
Unwrap chicken from foil and serve onto four plates then
pour over cheese sauce and garnish the Chicken and
Prosciutto with Creamy Cheese Sauce with rosemary.

CHICKEN AND SWEET CORN RECIPE
This recipe will teach you how to make Chicken and Sweet
Corn. It is a quick and easy recipe to make.
This Chicken and Sweet Corn is a must for people who like
chicken and corn. The flavour is absolutely sensational. My
husband really likes this meal so I usually make it for a
special candle lit meal just for the two of us when the
family are not at home.
Chicken and Sweet Corn Ingredients
1 oz
flour
3 oz butter
1/2 pint milk
salt and pepper
4 chicken joints
few parsley sprigs
few lemon wedges
10 oz can sweet corn
1 bunch spring onions trimmed
15 1/2 oz can potatoes drained
Chicken
and Sweet Corn Method
Rub the chicken with 2 oz
butter and fry until golden brown all over for 15 minutes.
Make the sauce by sauteing the onions and potatoes in
remaining 1 oz butter then add the sweet corn and mix well
then add the flour. Mix and cook for 3 minutes and remove
from the heat and gradually add the milk. Bring to the boil
stirring all the time until thickened. Cook for 5 minutes
longer and season well. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish
and arrange the joints on top of the sauce. Garnish the
Chicken and Sweet Corn with parsley and lemon wedges.
