CASSEROLE CHICKEN RECIPE
This recipe

Chicken. It is so unusual to have bread in the bottom of a
casserole, but believe me with all the other ingredients in
the Casserole Chicken it is really a great taste sensation.
Casserole Chicken Ingredients
celery
2 onions
8 cups water
3/4 loaf bread
poultry seasoning
6 chicken breasts
2 Tbs melted butter
sharp cheese sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Casserole Chicken Method
Boil chicken breasts with 1
onion in 8 cups of water until tender then remove the skin
and bones and separate into pieces making sure to save the
chicken stock. Use a 13 x 9 inch pan sprayed with oil then
tear small chunks of bread and lay in bottom of pan. Slice 1
onion thin and lay on top of bread. Sprinkle celery and
poultry seasoning on top then lay chicken pieces on top.
Melt margarine and pour over chicken pieces. Combine
mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup and pour on top of
the chicken. Cover the top of the Casserole Chicken with
sharp cheese slices all over the top. Bake the Casserole
Chicken until done.

CHEESY CHICKEN FLORENTINE RECIPE

Florentine. It is a quick and easy recipe to make.
This is an excellent chicken recipe. Cheesy Chicken
Florentine is a very tasty dish and the flavours are
fantastic. My whole family really like the Cheesy Chicken
Florentine that my daughter took the recipe home to make it
for her and her husband for their aniversary.
Cheesy Chicken Florentine Ingredients
1 cup
milk
1/2 tsp salt
salt and pepper
2 Tbs vegetable oil
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 Tbs butter melted
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
2 cups cooked white rice
1 cup shredded swiss cheese divided
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 x 12oz packages Stouffer's frozen spinach souffle

Chicken Florentine Method
Season chicken breasts with
salt and pepper and then saute in vegetable oil until both
sides are golden brown. Chicken will finish cooking in the
oven. In a large bowl combine spinach souffle, rice, milk,
1/2 cup swiss cheese, onion, mustard and salt then stir well
and spread into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking pan then
place chicken on top of the spinach mixture. Combine
breadcrumbs, butter and remaining swiss cheese in small bowl
and sprinkle mixture evenly over casserole. Cover casserole
with aluminum foil. Bake the Cheesy Chicken Florentine in
preheated 375 degrees oven for 25 minutes and remove cover.
Continue baking for 40 minutes or until spinach mixture is
set and chicken is no longer pink in the center.
