CHICKEN KIEV RECIPE

Chicken Kiev recipe is a wonderful way to do chicken. The
flavour of parsley with garlic in butter absolutely gives
this chicken recipe a great flavour. When you cut into your
Chicken Kiev the butter with the garlic and parsley runs out
and the smell is so fantastic. Serve with mash potatoes,
beans and carrots. I like to make this meal when my family
are coming over for dinner as I know they really like it and
appreciate me cooking the Chicken Kiev.

Kiev Ingredients
1 egg
2 Tbs olive oil
2 Tbs fresh parsley
1 clove garlic crushed
1/2 cup bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 stick butter cut into 4 slices
4 boneless chicken breast slices

Kiev Method
The first thing to do is roll
the butter slices in a mixture of parsley, garlic, salt and
pepper to taste. Now take each chicken breast slice and roll
around butter slices then brush the chicken rolls with
beaten egg. Roll in breadcrumbs and saute in olive oil
turning to cook the Chicken Kiev evenly on all sides. Serve
with green beans, carrots and potato.

CHICKEN LASAGNA RECIPE
This recipe will teach you how to make Chicken Lasagna. It
is a quick and easy recipe to make.
You can make all different lasagnas but this Chicken Lasagna
is my favourite.
My son in law really is the one in my family who likes this
the best as he is a real lover of chicken. He is not keen on
eating meat but chicken he will always eat.
The flavours of the chicken, mushroom soup, poultry
seasoning, cream cheese, cottage cheese, onion, parsley and
olives all go into making the taste of the Chicken Lasagna
absolutely sensational.
Chicken Lasagna Ingredients
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup milk
8 oz lasagna sheets
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup minced parsley
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/3 cup stuffed sliced olives
3 cup diced cooked chicken
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cream style cottage cheese
1 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs buttered

Lasagna Method
In a large pot cook lasagna
sheets until tender then drain and rinse. Mix soup, milk,
salt and poultry seasoning in a saucepan and heat. Beat
cheeses together then mix in olives, onions and parsley.
Place 1/2 on layer of lasagna sheet in a buttered 9 x 13 x 2
inch baking dish and spread with 1/2 the cheese mixture, 1/2
the soup mixture and 1/2 the chicken. Repeat layers then top
the Chicken Lasagna with crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 30
minutes and then let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
