CHICKEN PATE RECIPE
This recipe

is a great appetizer recipe served with crackers. The
flavours in this Chicken Pate are chicken, onion, cream
cheese, mayonnaise, paprika, sherry, cayene pepper and the
juice of 1 lemon these ingredients gives this pate a
fantastic taste.

Pate Ingredients
1/4 cup
sherry
1/2 tsp paprika
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
8 oz whipped cream cheese
1/2 cup onions finely chopped
3 chicken breasts boneless and skinless

Pate Method
Cook chicken breasts in
boiling water for 45 minutes. When cooled cut up chicken
into cubes. In medium bowl combine all ingredients. Place
mixture into small loaf pan. Make sure to coat pan with oil
so mixture will come out smoothly. Refrigerate for at least
8 hours. Serve the Chicken Pate with crackers.
