CHOCOLATE DESSERT RECIPE

This recipe will teach you how to make Chocolate Dessert. It is a quick and easy recipe to make. This is a chocoholics dream dessert recipe to make. I love making this dessert up in my crystal glasses for a special meal when I have family and friends over. It has a wonderful rich chocolate flavour and the rum through it just gives it a sensational taste.

Chocolate Dessert Ingredients

3 eggs
1 Tbs rum
1/2 oz butter
6 oz plain chocolate
1 Tbs coffee essence
grated white and dark chocolate for decoration

Chocolate Dessert Method

Place a bowl over a pan of hot water and put the chocolate and butter in it then leave to dissolve making sure to stir it constantly. When the chocolate has completely melted remove it from the heat and beat in the egg yolks, rum and coffee essence. Whisk the egg whites stiffly then fold into the chocolate mixture. Pour it into 4 of your nicest glasses and leave in a cool place until set. Just before serving the Chocolate Dessert top with grated white and dark chocolate.
