CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM RECIPE
This Chocolate Ice Cream is
every chocoholics dream come true as it has a real chocolate
flavour that is so rich and creamy. Hersheys syrup is a true
chocolate syrup that gives this ice cream recipe its
wonderful chocolate flavour and mixed with milk, cream and
vanilla makes this ice cream fabulous.
Chocolate Ice Cream Ingredients
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup cold water
1 Tbs vanilla extract
6 Tbs granulated sugar
3/4 cup hersheys syrup
1 cup chilled half and half
1 cup chilled whipping cream
1 envelope unflavored gelatine
Chocolate Ice Cream Method
In a medium saucepan sprinkle
gelatine over cold water and let stand 5 minutes to soften
and then add milk and sugar then cook over medium heat
stirring constantly just until gelatine and sugar are
dissolved. Remove from the heat and add syrup then leave it
to cool for 10 minutes. Add half and half, whipping cream
and vanilla extract and chill thoroughly. Freeze the
Chocolate Ice Cream in an ice cream freezer according to
manufacturer's directions and then sit back and enjoy your
Chocolate Ice Cream.
