CINNAMON RAISIN BREAD RECIPE

Raisin Bread Ingredients
1 tsp salt
2 Tbs honey
1 cup raisins
1 Tbs cinnamon
2 Tbs margarine
3 cups flour divided
1 package dry yeast
1 1/4 cups warm water

Raisin Bread Method
In a large bowl dissolve the
yeast in 11/4 cups warm water then stir in honey. Mix in
margarine, salt and 2 cups of flour. Beat on low speed till
blended then beat one minute on high then scrape the bowl
and beat one minute more. Stir in remaining 1 cup of flour
by hand. Cover and let rise until doubled about 45 minutes.
Punch batter down and stir in cinnamon and raisins. Let the
Cinnamon Raisin Bread rise for 30 to 40 minutes more. Put
into greased loaf pan and bake at 375 degrees for 40
minutes. Turn the Cinnamon Raisin Bread onto wire rack and
cool.
