COCKTAIL MEATBALLS RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Cocktail Meatballs. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make.
Cocktail Meatballs are a very tasty meatball. The flavours
of beef, onion, parsley, sauces and grape jelly makes the
taste sensational.

Meatballs Ingredients
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup shortening
10 oz jar grape jelly
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup minced onion
1 Tbs snipped parsley
12 oz bottle chili sauce
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce

Meatballs Method
Mix the ground beef,
breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg and then add the parsley,
salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce and mix well together
and gently shape into 1” diameter balls. Melt the shortening
in a large skillet and brown the meatballs. Remove the
meatballs from the skillet and pour off the fat. Heat the
chilli sauce and jelly in the skillet stirring constantly
until the jelly is melted. Return the Cocktail Meatballs to
the sauce mixture and stir until thoroughly coated. Simmer
uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve the Cocktail Meatballs
with mashed potatoes, beans and carrots.
