DARK FUDGE ICE CREAM RECIPE

Dark Fudge Ice Cream that just sounds so devine and the
taste is so great. The ingredients of chocolate, butter,
sugar, corn syrup, half and half, eggs, vanilla and whipping
cream goes into making this ice cream recipe so fabulous.

Fudge Ice Cream Ingredients
4 eggs
2 Tbs butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups whipping cream
1/3 cup light corn syrup
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups half and half divided
6 oz unsweetened chocolate

Fudge Ice Cream Method
In a large heavy saucepan
melt chocolate and butter over low heat stirring often then
stir in sugar, corn syrup and 2/3 cup of the half and half.
Stir over low heat until mixture comes to a boil. Simmer 4
minutes without stirring and set aside. In a small bowl beat
eggs until blended and then stir in 1/2 cup of hot chocolate
mixture. Stir egg mixture into remaining chocolate mixture.
Cook and stir over medium heat until slightly thickened.
Cool to lukewarm and then stir in the vanilla extract,
whipping cream and remaining half and half. Freeze the Dark
Fudge Ice Cream in the ice cream maker according to
manufacturer's directions.
