EAST INDIAN SNACK RECIPE
This recipe

East Indian Snack is a wonderful appetizer to make. The
flavours of the chinese noodles, cashews, rice chex,
coconut, cuury powder, ginger, butter and soy sauce is what
makes the taste of this recipe really exceptional.

Indian Snack Ingredients
1 Tbs soy sauce
2 cups rice chex
1 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 cup melted butter
1/8 cup toasted coconut
6 1/4 oz salted cashew nuts
5 oz can crisp chinese noodles

Indian Snack Method
In a slow cooking pot mix
together noodles, cashews, rice chex and coconut. Sprinkle
with curry and ginger then add butter and soy sauce and toss
until well mixed. Cover and cook in slow cooking pot on low
3 to 4 hours. Uncover the last 30 to 40 minutes. Serve the
East Indian Snack as an appetizer.
