EGGS BENEDICT RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Eggs Benedict. It is a quick and
easy recipe to make.
Eggs Benedict is a fantastic breakfast recipe. It is a big
hearty breakfast recipe to make up. My husband and I like to
have a special Sunday morning breakfast and I love making
the Eggs Benedict for us. Why don't you and your husband
have a special breakfast to with this recipe.
Eggs
Benedict Ingredients
4 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
1 1/2 Tbs butter
1 Tbs lemon juice
2 slices thick ham
3/4 tsp dry mustard
2 english muffins split
1/4 tsp tabasco sauce
1 1/2 Tbs all purpose flour
2 Tbs fresh parsley chopped
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Benedict Method
To
Prepare Sauce: Melt butter
in a saucepan and whisk in the flour. Cook 3 minutes on low
heat stirring but don't let it brown. Whisk in the milk but
don't let it boil then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in mustard, tabasco, lemon juice, cheese and salt and
pepper to taste.
Toast Muffins and butter lightly then place on a cookie
sheet. Keep warm in the oven also warm the ham in the oven
and poach the eggs. To serve the Eggs Benedict place slice
of ham on each muffin then top with egg and then pour on
sauce and top with parsley.
