FRIED RICE RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Fried Rice. It is a quick and
easy recipe to make.
Fried Rice is absolutely sensational. The flavours of the
carrots, onions, broccoli, chicken, raisins and water
chestnuts mixed with the other ingredients makes this rice
recipe so tasty.
Fried
Rice Ingredients
1/3 cup raisins
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 cup onions coarsely chopped
1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken
2 cups cooked long grain brown rice
1 cup carrots chopped in small strips
1 cup broccoli chopped in small strips
1/3 cup sliced canned water chestnuts
Fried
Rice Method
In a
large skillet mix the ginger and mustard with 1/2 cup water
and heat the mixture to boiling. Add the vegetables and stir
fry them over moderate heat until tender. Add the soy sauce
and rice then mix well and heat thoroughly stirring as
needed. Stir in the chicken, raisins, and water chestnuts
while the Fried Rice is heating.
