GROUND RICE BISCUITS RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Ground Rice Biscuits.
It is a
quick and easy recipe to make.
Ground Rice Biscuits are a different tasting biscuit but
really good just try this biscuit recipe and I know you will
enjoy it.
Ground
Rice Biscuits Ingredients
1 egg
125g butter
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup ground rice
2/3 cup caster sugar

Rice Biscuits Method
Use a large bowl and add the
butter and beat until smooth then add sugar and beat until
combined. Add beaten egg gradually and beat until light and
creamy. Stir in sifted ground rice and flour. Place mixture
on to lightly floured surface then knead until smooth.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll to 3mm thickness then cut
into rounds with 5 cm cutter. Place on lightly greased oven
trays. Bake the Ground Rice Biscuits in a moderate oven 12
minutes and cool on trays.
