HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE RECIPE

This Ham and Potato Casserole is a nourishing recipe to

Ham and
Potato Casserole Ingredients
8 eggs
3 cups milk
1 onion chopped
1 tsp dry mustard
pinch salt and pepper
1 Tbs worcestershire sauce
10 slices white bread cubed
1 cup cubed cooked potatoes
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups chopped fully cooked ham
1 lb sliced bacon cut into 1/2 inch pieces
Ham and
Potato Casserole Method
In a frying pan add the bacon
and fry until crisp and then add the ham and onion. Cook
until onion is tender and then drain. In a greased 13 x 9 x
2 inch baking dish layer half the bread crumbs, potatoes,
and cheese and then top with all the bacon, ham and onion
mixture. Repeat the layers of bread, potatoes and cheese. In
a bowl beat the eggs and add the milk, worcestershire sauce,
mustard, salt and pepper and pour over the mixture. Cover
and chill overnight. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes
before baking. Bake the Ham and Potato Casserole uncovered
at 325 degrees for 65 minutes.
