INDIAN CORN CASSEROLE RECIPE
This recipe

Indian Corn Casserole is a very nourishing and hot meal for
people who like hot food. The flavours of the beef, onion,
garlic, chili powder, red pepper flakes, corn and tomatoes
makes this casserole recipe taste sensational. I don't like
my food hot but my husband really does so I make this
casserole recipe for him and I freeze whats leftover for
another day.

Corn Casserole Ingredients
1 cup beef broth
2 Tbs cornstarch
2 onions chopped
4 ears sweet corn
1 Tbs chili powder
1 Tbs vegetable oil
2 lb lean ground beef
3 cloves garlic chopped
28 oz can diced tomatoes
1 tsp crushed dried red pepper flakes

Corn Casserole Method
In a skillet saute ground beef
in hot oil until no longer pink then add the onions, garlic,
chili powder and crushed dried red peppers then cook and
stir for 3 to 4 minutes until onions are softened. Mix
together beef broth and cornstarch until smooth then add to
skillet with tomatoes. Cook and stir until mixture comes to
a boil and is thickened. Remove niblets from 2 ears of corn
and add to beef mixture. Cut remaining 2 ears into 1 inch
slices and add to beef mixture. Simmer covered for 25
minutes or until corn is cooked. Season to taste with salt
and pepper. Garnish the Indian Corn Casserole with green
peppers. Serve with mashed potatoes.
