LEMON CHICKEN SAUTE RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Lemon Chicken Saute. It is a
quick and easy recipe to make. I really enjoy any meal with
rice and this Lemon Chicken Saute is absolutely fantastic
tasting. The sauce which consists of teriyaki sauce, lemon
juice, garlic and sugar gives the chicken its wonderful
flavour. I like making this for my family as we are a big
family and I find this meal goes a long way especially
served over rice and I always make sure I cook extra when
all the family are together.
Lemon
Chicken Saute Ingredients
cooked rice
1/2 tsp sugar
3 Tbs lemon juice
1/4 cup margarine
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
3 Tbs all purpose flour
Non stick cooking spray
1 tsp fresh garlic minced
6 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned

Chicken Saute Method
Roll chicken in flour to coat.
Spray a 10 inch skillet with non stick spray then add
margarine and melt. Add chicken breasts and cook over medium
heat until chicken is lightly browned about 7 minutes then
turn chicken and cook until lightly browned. Remove chicken
and set aside. Stir in teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, garlic
and sugar then return chicken to pan and simmer for 3
minutes. Turn chicken and continue cooking until fork tender
about 3 minutes. Serve the Lemon Chicken Saute over rice.

MARINATED CHICKEN BREASTS RECIPE
This recipe will teach you how to make Marinated Chicken
Breasts. It is a quick and easy recipe to make.
This is a good way of cooking your chicken breasts
especially with the tasty marinade. Serve it over a plate of
boiled rice and you have a very tasty nourishing meal. This
is one of my daughters favourite meals and when she knows I
am cooking it she always turns up for dinner.
Marinated Chicken Breasts Ingredients
juice 1
lime
1 1/2 tsp salt
6 Tbs olive oil
pepper to taste
1/4 cup cider vinegar
juice 1/2 large lemon
3 Tbs grainy mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar packed
3 medium cloves garlic crushed
6 very small whole chicken breasts boned, cut in half
Marinated Chicken Breasts Method
Put the chicken breasts in a
shallow bowl. Put the garlic, salt, sugar, mustard, vinegar,
lime and lemon juices in a screw top jar and shake it to
blend well then add in the olive oil and add pepper and
shake again. Pour over the chicken and cover then
refrigerate overnight. Turn over before you go to bed then
again in the morning. Remove from the refrigerator 1 hour
before you want to cook and let it come to room temperature.
Grill the Marinated Chicken Breasts for approximately 4
minutes per side or until done. Serve over a bed of boiled
rice.
