LEMON STEAK RECIPE

Lemon Steak Ingredients

3/4 tsp salt
vegetable oil
3/4 tsp pepper
2 eggs beaten
3 Tbs lemon juice
1 tsp grated lemon rind
11/2 cups breadcrumbs
2 lb boneless round steak

Lemon Steak Method

Trim fat off the steak and cut into serving size pieces. Mix together the eggs, lemon rind, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well and dip the steaks into the mixture. Next cover with the breadcrumbs and cook in hot oil until done. Serve the Lemon Steaks with vegetables.
