MANGO LASSI RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Mango Lassi. It is a quick and
easy recipe to make. I
sometimes have this drink as my breakfast especially if I am
running late and want a nourishing breakfast drink. The
flavour of the yogurt and mango mixed with the other
ingredients gives this drink an absolutely fantastic taste.
My grandchildren really love it when I make them the Mango
Lassi as I tell them this is a special drink just for them.
Mango
Lassi Ingredients
4 tsp sugar
4 1/2 oz milk
9 oz plain yoghurt
4 1/2 oz canned mango pulp

Lassi Method
Put the sugar, milk, yogurt
and mango pulp into a blender and blend for 2 minutes, then
pour into individual glasses and serve. The lassi can be
kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours. If you want it a bit
thicker and creamier just before serving the Mango Lassi
blend it again with a scoop of ice cream.
