NACHO CASSEROLE RECIPE
This recipe

Nacho Casserole is a great recipe to make. The flavours of
the beef, corn, tortillas, chili powder and cheese makes
this casserole recipe taste sensational. This recipe is just
like eating a beef nacho only as a casserole. My husband
really enjoys the Nacho Casserole as it is big enough to
come back for a second helping.

Casserole Ingredients
1 lb
ground beef
1 Tbs chili powder
12 oz jar chunky salsa
2 cups crushed tortilla chips divided
3/4 cup miracle whip salad dressing
1 cup corn kernels frozen, fresh or canned
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese divided

Casserole Method
First thing is preheat oven to
350 degrees. Brown ground beef and drain then stir in salsa,
corn, dressing and chili powder. Layer 1/2 of each the meat
mixture, chips and cheese in a 2 quart casserole and then
repeat layers. Bake the Nacho Casserole 20 minutes or until
thoroughly heated. To serve top with chopped tomatoes.
