PECAN VANILLA ICE CREAM WITH MAPLE SYRUP RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Pecan Vanilla Ice Cream with
Maple Syrup. It is a quick and easy recipe to make. This ice
cream covered in caramelized pecans then covered in maple
syrup is just a fantastic wonderful flavour. My grand
daughters really love this ice cream as a dessert as they
both like pecans and ice cream and especially maple syrup.
Great to serve up on a really hot summer day.

Vanilla Ice Cream with Maple Syrup Ingredients
maple syrup
2 handfuls pecan nuts
1 quart vanilla ice cream
2 Tbs confectioners sugar

Vanilla Ice Cream with Maple Syrup Method
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the icing sugar with the pecans on a baking tray and
sprinkle with a little water to make a thickish paste. Bake
in the oven for a few minutes or until toasted and
caramelized. Scoop out the ice cream into 4 glasses or bowls
and sprinkle over the whole pecans then drizzle with a good
glug of maple syrup then sit down and enjoy your Pecan
Vanilla Ice Cream with Maple Syrup.
