PEKING DUCK WITH NOODLES RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Peking Duck with Noodles. It is a
quick and easy recipe to make. I love pasta recipes and this
is one of my favourites. The flavour of the duck, noodles,
cucumber, onions, snow pea sprouts mixed with the sauces and
oil makes this a wonderful dish for the summer months and
the taste is terrific.
Peking
Duck with Noodles Ingredients
2 tsp peanut oil
1 Tbs plum sauce
2 Tbs rice vinegar
3 duck breast fillets
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
2 green sliced onions
75g snow pea sprouts
250g fresh egg noodles
2 Tbs hoisin sauce extra
1 small cucumber seeded, cut into 5mm slices
Peking
Duck with Noodles Method
Take a large baking dish and
place the duck in it then brush with hoisin sauce. Bake
uncovered in maderate oven for about 45 minutes or until
cooked. Remove from pan and discard the fat then let cool
and cut into 5mm slices. In a large saucepan of boiling
water cook the noodles uncovered until just tender then
drain. Rinse under cold water and drain. Just before serving
the Peking Duck with Noodles gently toss duck and noodles in
a large bowl with cucumber, onion, sprouts and combined
remaining ingredients.
