PORK SAUSAGE BEANFEAST RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Pork Sausage Beanfeast. It is a
quick and easy recipe to make. I make this recipe when I
want to give my family a big hearty breakfast and they
really appreciate it. You don't have to have the pineapple
if you prefer not to but I like pineapple and it makes this
recipe taste and look really good. I make hot toast and
serve with this meal.

Sausage Beanfeast Ingredients
1/2 oz butter
2 dsp vinegar
1 lb pork sausages
1 bunch spring onions
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 x 15 0z can pineapple rings
16 oz can baked beans with tomato sauce

Sausage Beanfeast Method
First thing to do is wash the
spring onions then chop them. Halve the pineapple rings and
reserve 5 halves then chop the rest. Grill the sausages till
brown on all sides then reserve 5 and slice the rest. In a
frying pan lightly fry the onions and chopped pineapple in
butter until tender then add the baked beans and sliced
sausages, vinegar and seasoning and simmer for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile fry the pineapple halves. Pour the baked bean
mixture into a serving dish and decorate with the whole
sausages and fried pineapple halves. Serve the Pork Sausage
Beanfeast with hot buttered toast.
