RASPBERRY NOUGAT BISCUITS RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Raspberry Nougat Biscuits. It is

Raspberry Nougat Biscuits is an absolutely wonderful biscuit
recipe. With the plain biscuit topped with a magnificent
topping sensation you will really enjoy.
Raspberry Nougat Biscuits Ingredients
90g butter
1 egg yolk
2 Tbs water
2 Tbs sugar
1 1/2 cups self raising flour
Topping:
2 Tbs milk
1 egg white
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup coconut
60g ground almonds
raspberry jam for in indentation
Raspberry
Nougat Biscuits Method
Sift flour into a bowl and rub
in butter then add sugar. Add egg yolk and enough water to
give a soft dough. Knead on floured surface until smooth
then roll to 3mm thickness and cut into 5 cm rounds with
cutter. Place on lightly greased oven trays. Place level
teaspoon of coconut mixture onto each round of dough, make
small indentation in top and spoon in small amount of jam.
Bake the Raspberry Nougat Biscuits in a moderate oven 15
minutes or until lightly browned.
Topping: Beat egg white until soft peaks form, fold
in dry ingredients and milk.
