RICE AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Rice and Chicken Casserole. It is
a quick and easy recipe to make.
Rice and Chicken Casserole is a very nourishing meal to
have. The flavours of the chicken, bacon and rice makes the
taste of this casserole fantastic. There is nothing more
nicer than to set the table up with all your good glassware
and then put your Rice and Chicken Casserole into your
really fancy serving dish and have a wonderful special
family meal. My grandchildren really love it when I do this
as it makes the whole night special as I even make up a
special dessert.
Rice and
Chicken Casserole Ingredients
1 cup
rice
1 can water
oregano to taste
8 chicken pieces
salt and pepper to taste
6 strips uncooked bacon
1 can cream of chicken soup
Rice and
Chicken Casserole Method
Line a 13 x 9 inch casserole
dish with bacon strips then spread uncooked rice over bacon
and place the chicken on top of rice. Mix soup and water
together and pour over chicken. Season with salt, pepper and
oregano then cover with foil. Bake the Rice and Chicken
Casserole at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until chicken is
done this will depend on the size of the pieces.
