RICE WITH CRAB RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Rice With Crab. It is a quick and
easy recipe to make.
Rice With Crab is fantastic combined with another seafood
meal it makes a real gourmet. The combination of crab meat,
onion, shallots, soy sauce, eggs and rice makes this recipe
exceptional.
Rice
With Crab Ingredients
salt
2 eggs
1 onion
2 Tbs oil
6 shallots
155g crab meat
1 Tbs soy sauce
1 1/2 cups long grain rice

With Crab Method
Boil a large saucepan of
water and add 2 teaspoons salt and then when water is
completely boiling add rice gradually so the water keeps
boiling and keep boiling rapidly uncovered for 12 minutes or
until rice is tender then drain well. On a large shallow
tray spread the rice out and refridgerate until cold. Drain
and flake the crab meat, peel and grate onion. Heat oil in
wok and add onion and cook until soft. Beat eggs and pour
into wok on top of onion and stir lightly then cook until
set. Remove from wok and cut into large strips. Add rice and
salt to wok and mix well. Keep turning rice over and over
with a spatula then add the crab and chopped shallots, cook
a further 1 minute. Add egg strips, sprinkle soy sauce over
mixture and mix lightly then cook a further minute and enjoy
your Rice With Crab.
