SEAFOOD COMBINATION RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Seafood Combination. It is a
quick and easy recipe to make.
Seafood Combination is a seafood lovers meal. The
combination of scallops, squid, prawns and fish combined
with bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, shallots, celery, dry
sherry, sesame oil and soy sauce makes a fantastic tasting
meal.

Combination Ingredients
4 Tbs oil
8 shallots
250g squid
1/2 cup water
250g scallops
1 tsp cornflour
3 sticks celery
2 tsp dry sherry
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 large fish fillets
1 chicken stock cube
250g green king prawn
283g can bamboo shoots
265g can water chestnuts

Combination Method
It is best to find yourself a
good seafood shop that has all your seafood ingredients
cleaned already. Cut up all your seafood to the size you
prefer them to be. I like my seafood cut into large pieces.
Slice celery and shallots diagonally, drain water chestnuts
and cut in half, drain bamboo shoots and slice thinly. Heat
2 tablespoons of the oil in a wok and add the prepared
vegetables and saute for 2 minutes and remove from wok. Add
remaining oil to wok and heat then add scallops, squid,
prawns and fish saute 2 minutes. Mix the cornflour with a
little of the water until smooth, add remaining water,
crumbled stock cube, sherry, sesame oil and soy sauce. Add
sauce to wok with seafood and stir till boiling and then add
the vegetables to wok and toss until heated through. Seafood
Combination is great served over a bed of noodles.
