SLIMMERS BEEF CASSEROLE RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Slimmers Beef Casserole. It is a
quick and easy recipe to make. This is a very nourishing
casserole recipe to make that is really good to have as your
meal if you are loosing weight as it is not high in
callories. I found this really good for my night time meal
when I was loosing my weight as it gave me my nourishment to
take me through the night till next morning. I found the
flavour of the Slimmers Beef Casserole to be really great
and exceptional. Even though it was good for me it was also
a fantastic meal for the whole family as they really enjoyed
it to.

Beef Casserole Ingredients
2 Tbs oil
salt and pepper
1 large onion sliced
2 stalks celery sliced
1 1/4 cups beef stock
1/2 lb carrots quartered
1 cup button mushrooms
2 Tbs worcestershire sauce
1 lb top round of beef cut into 1 inch cubes

Beef Casserole Method
Heat the oil in a large
flameproof casserole and gently fry the onion and celery for
about 5 minutes until soft then add the beef and fry for 10
minutes until browned. Add remaining ingredients except
mushrooms. Cover and cook in a preheated moderate oven for 1
1/2 hours. Add the mushrooms to the Slimmers Beef Casserole
and cook for a further 30 minutes.
