SPICED PORK RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Spiced Pork. It is a quick and
easy recipe to make.
Spiced Pork is a really sensational meal to make. The
flavours of pork, green ginger, spices and sauces goes to
make this meal a really fantastic tasting meal.
Spiced
Pork Ingredients
oil for frying
1/4 cup water
salt and pepper
2 Tbs soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbs cornflour
1 chicken stock cube
2 tsp soy sauce extra
1 1/2 Tbs sweet sherry
1.5 kg lean pork chops
1/2 tsp five spice powder
1 tsp finely chopped green ginger

Pork Method
Discard the fat and bones
from the chops. Combine together all the other ingredients
in a bowl, except chicken stock cube, water and extra soy
sauce add the chops to the mixture and mix well. Set aside
for 2 hours and stir occasionally. Pour oil into a wok, oil
should be 2.5 cm in depth in the wok. When hot add marinated
pork chops and fry quickly on both sides until golden brown
and cooked through. Remove pork chops from wok and cut into
serving size pieces and keep warm. Combine in pan the water,
crumbled stock cube and extra soy sauce, bring to boil and
pour over pork. Spiced Pork is great served with noodles.
