THREE SEED BREAD RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Three Seed Bread. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make.
Three Seed Bread is full of fibre which also makes this
bread recipe very tasty. The combination of sunflower seeds,
sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds makes the taste of this bread
exceptional.

Seed Bread Ingredients
1/4 tsp salt
7 fl oz warm water
3 tsp sunflower oil
3 tsp golden syrup
1 oz sesame seeds
1 sachet dried yeast
12 oz wholemeal flour
1 oz peeled pumpkin seeds
2 oz peeled sunflower seeds
Three
Seed Bread Method
Mix the yeast with a teaspoon
of syrup and a little warm water. Stand for about 10 minutes
until frothy. Into a large mixing bowl pour the rest of the
syrup, salt, oil and flour. Pour the yeast into the flour
and knead thoroughly for 5 minutes. Put a teaspoon of oil
into the bowl and turn the dough into it, cover the bowl
with a clean damp tea towel and leave to rest in a warm
place for about an hour until it has risen well. Grease a
non stick 2lb loaf tin. Push the dough down and add the
seeds and knead thoroughly. Put the dough into the tin then
cover and keep warm for another 40 minutes. Preheat the oven
to 425 degrees. Bake the Three Seed Bread for 45 to 50
minutes. Tap and If it sounds hollow it's ready if not bake
for another 5 minutes. Then cool on a rack.
