VEGETABLE CURRY RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Vegetable Curry. It is a quick
and easy recipe to make. What better than to have a
wonderful Vegetable Curry on a cold winters night to warm
you up. The exceptional flavours of the apples, squash,
cauliflower, zucchini, spinach leaves, onions, masala,
chili, garlic combined with the rest of the ingredients
gives this recipe a great taste sensation.
Vegetable Curry Ingredients
200g plain yogurt
1 Tbs lemon juice
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 tsp garam masala
1 Tbs curry powder
1 tsp ground turmeric
2 cloves garlic crushed
5 cups vegetable stock
1/4 tsp ground cardamon
150g baby spinach leaves
3 green onions sliced thinly
1 green chili chopped finely
2 green zucchini sliced thickly
4cm piece fresh ginger grated
2 green apples grated coarsely
4 yellow patty pan squash halved
1/2 small cauliflower cut into florets
Vegetable Curry Method
In a large saucepan add the
oil and heat it then add ginger, onion, garlic, chili,
cardamon, garan masala, curry powder and turmeric until
fragrant. Add the apple, juice and stock and cook uncovered
for 5 minutes stirring occasionally then add the
cauliflower, squash and zucchini and cook uncovered until
vegetables are just tender. Remove from the heat and stir in
spinach and yogurt just before serving the Vegetable Curry.
