VEGIE BURGER RECIPE
This recipe
will teach you how to make Vegie Burger. It is a quick and
easy recipe to make.
This Vegie Burger is as good tasting as any hamburger and so
much better for your body. This vegetarian recipe is a must
for your next barbecue. I cooked the Vegie Burger for my
family and some friends we had over and they didn't even
realise it wasn't meat until they asked me how I made them.
They were so surprised.

Burger Ingredients
1 egg
5 cloves garlic
1/2 cup yogurt
3/4 cup wheat germ
1 tsp oregano leaves
1/4 tsp vegetable herbs
5 grain hamburger buns
1/4 cup minced parsley
1/2 cup grated jack cheese
1 oz almonds finely ground
1 oz sunflower seeds finely ground
1 cup mung bean sprouts finely cut

Burger Method
Dice up the sprouts and mix
with the egg, garlic, yogurt, wheat germ, oregano, vegetable
herbs, parsley, jack cheese, almonds and sunflower seeds.
Combine well and refrigerate for 6 hours so that the
flavours will blend. After 6 hours take the mixture out of
the refrigerator and make into burgers and pan fry them
without oil in a teflon non stick pan for about 5 minutes on
each side or until brown. Warm up your whole grain buns and
spread them with a mixture of plain yogurt and minced onions
or if you prefer just add tomato sauce to your Vegie Burger.
