WONTON COOKIES DEEP FRIED RECIPE
These are the most tastiest
Wonton Cookies Deep Fried that I have ever had. The Flavours
of the prunes, almonds, apricot, flaked coconut and brown
sugar deep fried in the wonton skins are just so
exceptional. My family love these with ice cream or cream or
even with sherbert what ever you use the are just so
fantastic.

Cookies Deep Fried Ingredients
1 1/2 cups chopped prunes
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1 cup chopped almonds
1 cup chopped dried apricots
24 Wonton skins

Cookies Deep Fried Method
In a
large mixing bowl combine together prunes, apricots, brown
sugar, coconut and almonds. Take the wonton skins and place
2 teaspoons mixture in center of each skin and moisten the
edges with water. Fold each skin in half to form a triangle
and press the edges firmly together to seal. Cover to
prevent drying. Heat the oil to 3 1/2 inches to 360 degrees.
Take the wontons and fry 4 wontons at a time turning
occasionallyuntil golden brown, about 1 minute on each side.
Take them out of the oil and drain. Cool the Wonton Cookies
Deep Fried thoroughly and store in airtight container. Serve
with ice cream, cream or sherbet if desired.
