ZESTY POT ROAST RECIPE
This recipe

Zesty Pot Roast is a wonderful way of cooking your pot
roast. The flavours of the pot roast, italian salad
dressing, beef broth, carrots and beans makes the taste
exceptional.

Pot Roast Ingredients
4 lb roast
1 cup water
all purpose flour
101/2 oz can beef broth
6 carrots cut into 11/2 inch pieces
10 oz package frozen cut green beans
8 oz bottle Italian salad dressing

Pot Roast Method
The first
thing to do is get the roast ready so pour the salad
dressing over the roast and cover and refrigerate for at
least 7 hours. After it has been refrigerated for the 7
hours put it in a dutch oven making sure to save the salad
dressing for later now add the beef broth and water and
cover and simmer for about 2 hours. Then add the carrots and
cook for 6 minutes then add the green beans and the salad
dressing and cook for 25 minutes more. Remove the roast and
vegetables and arrange them on a large serving plate.
Measure the liquid and put back in the dutch oven. Combine 1
tablespoon flour for every cup liquid and 2 tablespoons
water. Stir well until thick and bubbly. Serve with the
Zesty Pot Roast.
